Root Cause

Impact
All Bridge Labs applications were unavailable during this period. No customer data was lost or compromised.

Resolution
Service was restored automatically as Google Cloud's infrastructure recovered. No action was required from Bridge Labs or our customers.

We are reviewing our infrastructure dependencies and evaluating additional redundancy measures to minimize the impact of future third-party service disruptions.
